Refund Policy

Bangladesh IT Professionals Network (BITPN) aims to provide transparent and fair refund practices for membership, event registration, training programs, and other paid services.
1. Membership Fees
Membership registration fees and renewal fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been approved and processed. If an application is rejected by BITPN, any eligible payment may be refunded after deduction of applicable transaction or administrative charges.
2. Event Registration
Refund requests for paid events may be considered only if submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.
3. Training Programs
Refund eligibility for training programs is as follows:
- Before training commencement: Eligible according to the announced cancellation policy.
- After training has started or access to learning materials has been provided: No refund unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Errors
If duplicate payments or incorrect charges occur due to technical errors, BITPN will review the transaction and process any approved refund within a reasonable period.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.
6. Force Majeure
BITPN shall not be liable for refunds resulting from cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
